10.3 Upon voluntary Account closure (at the User's request, with no outstanding breach), nos178 will process any remaining eligible balance — subject to completed KYC and satisfaction of all applicable Wagering Requirements — within a reasonable timeframe.
10.4 Users who have been permanently self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on the Platform. Any Account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be terminated immediately, and any Funds deposited during that period will be returned to the depositing payment method after administrative deductions where applicable.

11.4 Where nos178's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by nos178's negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
12.1 nos178 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nos178 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
